How
To Order

Before you can place an order, you should Register to get a user
account. Please use the button ‘Register’ in the right corner of
the homepage. After you have registrated, you will
receive within a couple of seconds an email at the address you have registrated containing your login credentials.
How
To Login

After you have registrered and you have received the
email with your login credentials, you can login using the button ‘Login’.

After you have logged in, you can choose the products which you want to order
by clicking the ‘Order’ button.

When you are ready to send your order to us, you have to agree to our ‘Terms
and Conditons’, after which the ‘order’ button will
appear. Click on this ‘Order’ button and you will get a 'Thankyou'
message and you will be sent an automatically generated confirmation email.

After that, our administration will make an invoice, which will be sent to you seperately. On this invoice is all the necessary
information for making the payment.

If there is a problem with the order you have placed, item out of stock, we
will contact you direct via your email address.

We aim to despatch orders as quickly as we can but we
cannot guarantee same day despatch and we cannot
guarantee 'next day' delivery.
Returning
Your Order

If you receive your order and it is wrong /faulty /not what you wanted, then
please contact us before returning your order, via email at info@trishopusa.com.
This will help us know what we are expecting back. Returning an item should
take place within 14 days after receiving the item.

Please include your receipt as proof of purchase or a photocopy if you require
it for your records.

Please always include a note with your returned goods stating your name, reason
for return and how the item was ordered (website or telephone). This helps us
to locate your order details and sort out returns/exchanges as quickly as
possible.

Goods returned for exchange or refund MUST be in mint, re-saleable condition,
with all clothing tags/packaging/etc

Refunds or substition of products will be carried out
as soon as humanly possible

All descriptions/pictures/sizes/weights...etc of items available to purchase on
our website are given in good faith and are subject to change without notice
due to manufacturers constantly upgrading/changing their products.

All goods are offered subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw
any item when not available
